Exchange Policy

In case of exchange:

  1. NO EXCHANGE OR RETURN AVAILABLE ON BUY 2 GET 1 OFFERS OR ANY OTHER OFFERS (KINDLY CHECK SIZE BEFORE ORDER)
  2. Pick up of order items within 24-48 working hrs. No pickup on Sundays or Public holidays. Please repack the items in package received.

  3. Exchange should be initiated within 7 days for Mumbai and 15 days for other metro cities of order delivery.

  4. The tags on the product should be intact.

  5. The product should be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition.

  6. The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.

Raising the exchange request

  • Log into your account.

  • Go to My orders

  • Click on 'Exchange' against the item you wish to exchange.

  • you will get cash voucher (credit note) on your email id and sms on your mobile number which you can redeem in future to buy other product at www.azarclothing.com

  • Cash Refund available only for Prepaid Costumers on registered account deducting shipping fees.
  • Raise a return request by clicking on chat button.

  • You will receive a confirmation for the exchange initiated.

  • Reverse pick up will be done from our side where ever feasible. In the extreme circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if reverse pickup facility is not available in your area.

  • A maximum amount of Rs.200 would be charged towards the shipping cost in the form of Azar
